Story behind the treasure: As a young boy I was always surrounded by photographs – dad in uniform, his wedding day with mum, my early childhood holidays etc. Whilst clearing out my parents’ home after their passing, not only did I rediscover these but also the means by which the treasured images were captured. The battered ‘Kodak 620’ is something I could never part with, the magic box which recorded key moments in the life of our family.
